Purpose of this website

Berguedà Romànic (projecte de Krònia Tours) is a digital tourist guide offering cultural, audiovisual and interactive content about the Romanesque heritage of Berguedà: videos, audio guides, vertical videos, a quiz and an escape game, spread across the stops on the route.

Every stop has a physical QR code installed at the monument itself. Scanning it is what unlocks that stop's content inside the app.

Terms of use

Accessing and using this website makes you a user and implies full acceptance of these terms.

You undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services, respecting applicable law, good faith and public order. In particular, you undertake not to attempt to access locked content by any means other than scanning the corresponding QR code.

User accounts

Creating an account is optional: the whole route can be completed without signing up. The account exists only so that your achievement progress is not lost if you change device or clear your browser data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, videos, audio, designs and logos) belongs to the owner, to Krònia Tours or to its authors, or is used with permission.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication and modification without express authorisation are prohibited.

Liability

The owner is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, errors or delays in accessing the website, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from here, including those of partner businesses.

Information about opening hours, access and the state of conservation of the monuments is indicative only: please confirm it with the tourist offices or the managers of each monument before travelling.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled before the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection rules mandate a different jurisdiction.
